The patient portal is confidential, secure, and HIPAA-compliant!
First Time Users:
To begin using the portal, you must first contact Giliberti Eye and Laser Center. This can be done via the online request form or during your next appointment. Once the request is processed, our staff will contact you for further verification.
Our staff will then generate the practice ID and an individual security code, which are needed to initially create a portal account. With this information, please visit myPatientVisit, select the option to ‘Create an Account’, and fill in all of the required information.
Once registration is complete, you will be able to view clinical summary documents and communicate securely with Giliberti Eye and Laser Center!
